Do you combine postage?
Yes I do! Just add the items to your cart and it will calculate the postage for you based upon weight
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes I do! I love working on custom orders, if you cannot see anything you like in my online shop please send me a message with your requirements and I can set up a custom listing for you. I am unable to create anything that breaches any copyright.
Can I have both feathers and glitter in my bauble?
No sadly I am unable to put both in. The glitter is stuck on the inside of the bauble and if I added feathers inside too you wouldn't be able to see them.
Are your baubles made from glass?
No, they are made from shatterproof plastic with an extremely realistic looking glass effect. They are very lightweight and Extremely realistic PLASTIC shatterproof baubles - you will not know they are not glass until you touch them. They are fully recyclable.
Is the glitter on the outside of your baubles?
No, the glitter is stuck to the inside of the bauble - so no nasty mess on your living room floor! They are VERY delicate however, so please do not bash them around or the glitter may dislodge. They can handle delicate handling and hanging on the tree. They come with a care card so you can preserve them for years to come.
How long will my order take to get to me?
My process time is 3-5 days and then shipping depends on which country you are in. Please see my postage and packaging page for more information.
Can you add personalisation to both sides of your baubles?
Yes I can, message me with details
Can I have two colours of glitter inside my bauble?
No sorry - I only offer single colours at this stage
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas (or other holiday)
If you order before my final shipping dates, your bauble should arrive before the holiday. However, please allow plenty of time to place your order. I work alone and it takes me 3-5 to make your item and then when it is posted it can take a little longer to get to you - please see my postage and packaging page for more estimated timescales.
How long does it take you to make my order?

I would like a refund
Please contact me immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. Each return is handled on an individual basis due to the personalised nature of my products. Any returned items must be in their original packaging or similar (sturdy shipping box or packet)and be mailed recorded delivery so we can track their return. Return postage costs to be paid by customer.
Do you have an environmental policy?
I am very passionate about ensuring I do my bit for the environment and it lays at the heart of my decision making. I am in the process of switching all my glitter to biodegradable glitter where it is available. I use recycled tissue paper which is ph neutral, eco friendly and vegan. My bauble manufacturer uses 35% of the electricity to produce the baubles from renewable sources and they are recyclable too. My gift boxes are made from a local company in the UK lowering the travel footprint and are fully recyclable. I only use recyclable or biodegradable postage packaging (boxes, peanuts, labels) - I use bubble wrap and brown tape still and am looking for an alternative , however I always reuse bubble wrap from my suppliers. I'm always keen to improve and I know there is more I can do so if you have any ideas, feedback or concerns please feel free to contact me.
