At Georgina Kay Designs, every bauble and ornament is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods (especially in the run-up to Christmas), as each item is crafted just for you.

• Standard processing is usually 5–7 working days.
   
• During peak season (October–December), processing may extend slightly due to high demand.
   
• If you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing and I’ll do my best to help.
   

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post.
   
• Standard delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  
   

• I currently do not ship internationally due to high tarrifs, charges and regulations.
   

• Every bauble order comes in a luxury gift box with tissue paper as standard.
   
• Additional gift wrap is available to add at checkout.
   
• I package all items carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
   

Christmas is my busiest time of year! To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order before the cut-off dates announced on my homepage and social media.

We send all our parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class post. 

£3.99 estimated to arrive 1-3 working days from dispatch. 

We only ship within the UK. Tracking is not available at each stage of the parcels journey - only on attempted or successful delivery.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. I usually process within 3-5 working days, arrival time will be approx 1-3 days after this. All items are handmade and require drying time so unfortunately next day delivery options are unavailable. 

In the unlikely event your item doesn't arrive, Royal Mail asks that you allow 15 working days for delivery. If after this time your item still hasn't arrived, then please let me know and I will dispatch a replacement immediately. Please let me know within 15 days of any non arrivals. 

Your satisfaction is my number one priority, please contact me if there is a problem when your order has arrived.  In the unlikely event your item is faulty or personalisation is incorrect I will replace the item immediately.

I regret I am unable to accept returns for personalised items or discounted sale items.
